HOW IT WORKS

MiTranslator works by encoding medical data into QR codes, which users can scan with their smartphones.

Once scanned, the system translates the content from the source language to the target language, making it comprehensible for patients and healthcare providers who may not speak the original language. This system enhances communication in healthcare, ensuring that vital medical information, such as records, prescriptions, and instructions, can be understood by individuals from diverse linguistic backgrounds, ultimately improving patient care and safety.

BENEFITS OVER MANUAL

Here are the key benefits of automatic language translation compared to manual translation, explained in simpler terms:

Faster

Automatic translation is much quicker than humans translating by hand. It's like a super-fast translator.

Saves Money

Using automatic translation is often cheaper because you don't need to pay human translators as much.

Consistent

Automatic translation keeps the words and style the same throughout a document, while human translators might change things a bit.

Handles Big Jobs Easily

Automatic translation can translate lots of text without needing lots of extra time or money.

Always Available

You can use automatic translation any time, day or night, without waiting for a human translator.

Can Be Customized

Some automatic systems can be made to work better for specific topics or industries.

Fits into Everything

Automatic translation can be put into websites, apps, and more, so you can translate things wherever you need to.

Quick Communication

It helps people talk in real-time online, even if they speak different languages.

Same Words in Many Languages

When you need to translate something into many languages at once, automatic translation helps keep the words the same in all of them.

Helps Discover Things

It's good for people learning languages or doing research because it can give basic translations and help them understand different languages and cultures.
